J40 / 3615/2013, (“Company” or “us”). In the sense of the legislation regarding the protection of personal data, we are the “data operator” regarding the personal data provided and processed through the web application https://glasspro.ro/ (the “Site”).
The company collects and processes as a personal data operator the data of persons interested in GlassPro services and their acquisition and who provide their personal data on the Site or by e-mail to the addresses office@glasspro.ro or tehnic@glasspro.ro
This Privacy Policy establishes what happens to the personal data that the data subject provides us by interacting with the Site or by e-mail to office@glasspro.ro or tehnic@glasspro.ro.

7.2 After the expiration of the period mentioned above in article 7.1, we will keep the Personal Data for a period of three (3) years.

8.2 For example, when we disclose your personal data to external suppliers in accordance with Article 5 above, we enter into a written agreement that obliges suppliers to maintain the confidentiality of your information and to put in place appropriate security measures to keep your information secure.

to request information from the Company regarding the processing of your personal data, including a copy of your personal data;
to request the rectification and / or deletion of your personal data;
to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object against the processing;
to request the receipt or transmission to another organization, in an electronically processable form, of the personal data that you have provided to the Company;
